🤖 AI LinkedIn Lead Extractor – Automated Agent for Lead Sourcing

This workflow set uses AI to search, extract, and store LinkedIn leads based on job title, industry, and location — all triggered by natural language input. It includes a chat-based agent and a Google search tool, integrated with Google Sheets for lead management.

⚙️ What this workflow does

This pack includes two integrated flows:

1️⃣ Extract LinkedIn Leads (AGENT)

• Triggered by manual chat input (via LangChain Manual Chat node)
• Uses OpenAI GPT-4o to understand lead search instructions
• Extracts details such as job title, region, and industry
• Triggers the secondary flow (“TOOL”) to execute the actual scraping
• Stores session memory and AI context to continue conversations

2️⃣ Extract LinkedIn Leads (TOOL)

• Uses dynamic Google search queries to find LinkedIn URLs
• Scrapes result URLs with HTTP Request
• Filters and validates results using OpenAI
• Saves final leads into a pre-configured Google Sheet

🛠️ Setup Instructions

1. Prerequisites

• Self-hosted n8n (required for community nodes)
• Accounts for:
  • OpenAI (GPT-4 or GPT-4o)
  • Google Sheets API access
  • HTTP node (included in n8n)

2. Configure the AGENT Flow

• Add your OpenAI API key to the OpenAI Chat Model node
• Connect the Manual Chat Trigger
• Link the AI Agent to:
  • Language model → OpenAI
  • Memory → Window buffer
  • Tool → Extract LinkedIn Leads (TOOL) workflow

3. Configure the TOOL Flow

• Customize the Google search query in the tool to reflect your niche
  (e.g. "site:linkedin.com/in" AND "marketing director" AND "São Paulo")
• Connect the HTTP Request node to fetch results
• Connect the Google Sheets node with a sheet that includes:
  • Name
  • LinkedIn URL
  • Industry
  • Location
  • Source
• Save credentials securely using n8n’s credential manager

🔄 Example Use Flow

1. You type:
   Find marketing managers in London working in SaaS
2. AI parses your request → Builds a Google query
3. The TOOL flow extracts real LinkedIn URLs
4. Results are saved in a Google Sheet
